Nikon D7200 body versatile SLR camera with high-speed burst shooting and Full HD video
Nikon D7200 is a versatile DX-format SLR camera designed for photography and filming in the most difficult lighting conditions. The combination of a 24.2-megapixel CMOS sensor without an optical low-pass filter and an EXPEED 4 processor allows you to achieve a “native” ISO 25600 and even higher for black and white shots. This combination also provides continuous shooting at up to 7 frames per second (with crop) and a buffer of 100 frames. Full HD 1080p video recording at up to 60 fps is available, as well as 9999 sequential time lapses with automatic exposure smoothing. The D7200 is a versatile camera that excels in photo and video shooting,
24.2 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor and EXPEED 4 processor
The Nikon Vilogging camera is equipped with a 24.2-megapixel DX-format CMOS sensor, which allows you to take high-resolution photos as well as shoot full HD 1080p videos with high definition, low noise and smooth color transitions. The absence of an optical low-pass filter increases the sharpness and resolution of the image. Combined with an advanced EXPEED 4 processor, the camera achieves light sensitivities up to ISO 102400 for monochrome photography in extremely low light conditions.
Burst shooting is available at up to 6fps in full resolution or 7fps with 1.3x crop. It is possible to record up to 100 consecutive JPEG images in high quality or twenty-seven 12-bit / eighteen 14-bit NEF files.
Full HD video
The processing power of the EXPEED 4 processor extends beyond photography: the film camera can shoot Full HD 1080p video at variable frame rates up to 60fps. Full manual control of shutter speed and ISO settings is available during recording, along with the option to use auto ISO with a maximum sensitivity of ISO 25600. Recording is available to an external recorder in uncompressed 4: 2: 2 8-bit format via HDMI port with simultaneous live view on the LCD monitor of the camera.
As for audio recording, the Nikon D7200 is equipped with a built-in stereo microphone, and there is a connector for an external microphone.
AF sensor Multi-CAM 3500 II
The D7200’s autofocus system uses 51 AF points with selectable 9, 21 or all AF points. The system operates under conditions down to -3 EV. 15 cross-type points provide even more accurate autofocus for subjects in the center of the frame.
The 3D tracking mode is great for focusing on moving subjects during burst shooting. Single point and dynamic focus area modes are also available. Live view uses contrast AF for both stills and movies. Read also: Action Camera Microphone Attachment
Intelligent Scene Recognition System
3D Color Matrix Metering II Scene Recognition uses a 2016-pixel RGB sensor to evaluate and analyze various aspects of a scene, including brightness, contrast, object distance, quickly determining accurate exposure and white balance for a given scene.
